Pepper is a family assistant provided by Kaizen Technologies Ltd. These terms explain how to use Pepper. If you have a question, email hello@trainerx.ai.

Using Pepper

Pepper helps you organise family and school information through WhatsApp and a private dashboard. It can read information you choose to send and, if you connect Gmail, find relevant school messages with your permission. You are responsible for the information you share and for using the service lawfully. Please use Pepper only for a family account you are authorised to manage.

Check important details

Pepper uses automated tools and may miss or misunderstand a date, task or other detail. Check important information against the original school notice or another reliable source before acting on it. Pepper is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent or safety-critical decisions.

Your information and Gmail

You keep responsibility for the messages, photos, documents and other information you provide. Connecting Gmail is optional. You can disconnect it, pause automatic checks, remove saved items or request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion page. Connecting Gmail does not give Pepper permission to send, change or delete your emails.

Availability and changes

Pepper is an early service and may be unavailable or change while we improve it. We may suspend access if needed to protect the service or other users. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and its date. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
