Send CONNECT EMAIL in WhatsApp. Pepper sends a private setup link, where you choose Gmail or Outlook / Hotmail, read the access disclosure and sign in with that provider.
Your children’s school details help Pepper find relevant notices. You can also choose school senders on the connection page.

Your choice, your controls
Know what you’re connecting.
Google or Microsoft grants Pepper read access across the mailbox you connect. Pepper applies its school matching rules to decide which messages to process. Matching email content, supported attachments and selected public links are sent to OpenAI to extract relevant information. Pepper cannot open pages that require a school login.
Pepper cannot send, change or delete your emails. You sign in with the provider; you don’t give Pepper your password.

Use the school email controls in Pepper Home to pause automatic checks or disconnect the account. Disconnecting removes Pepper’s connection; previously saved events and tasks remain until you remove them.

Imports can take time, and some emails may need clarification or fail to process. A saved list may be incomplete. For important dates or instructions, check the original school notice.
